Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within six (6) months of your purchase date. Please note items must be in their original condition for returns. We will refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, if you receive an item in error, or items arrive defective/damaged/misprinted at the time of receipt, we will make it right by issuing a refund or item replacement. Please contact our Member Services department at memberservices@aa.org or call 212-870-3023.

Returns by Mail

Simply email our Member Services department at memberservices@aa.org or call 212-870-3023 for a return authorization number, return address and additional instructions. We require proof of purchase to honor a refund. Please include your order number or return authorization number with the return.


In most cases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please make sure to keep the shipping receipt since boxes can get lost in transit.

Refund details

We will notify you that we have received your return and process your refund. Allow up to two weeks to receive your refund from the time we receive your package. You can choose to receive store credit or refund to the original payment method.
