Shipping and Delivery Policy

General

Most orders weighing less than 250 pounds will be shipped via FedEx or USPS unless otherwise requested. Expedited delivery options are available at an additional charge.

Standard shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order total. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Shipping costs are calculated on a sliding scale as follows:

Expedited Shipping Costs

Expedited shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Delivery Terms

Transit Time

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery within the continental U.S. and Canada.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of placing your order. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. Your backordered item(s) will ship with the shipping method chosen at checkout, when the item is back in stock.

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, please contact the Member Services department at 212-870-3023 or memberservices@aa.org. We can change the delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched.

Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS only. We are unable to use courier services when shipping to any military address.

Items Out of Stock

If items within a larger order are out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.Your backordered item(s) will ship with the shipping method chosen at checkout, when the item is back in stock.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact the Member Services department at 212-870-3023 or memberservices@aa.org

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return and refund policy.
